Go to a store (northern tool?) that sells hitches and towing equipment. They will have 2x2 receiver tubes of varying lengths. Get a longer one and drill two holes that match the holes in the C drawbar. Place the holes so the bolts don't interfere with inserting the hitch device. Then just bolt the hitch receiver to the C drawbar. Probably best to use 3/4 inch bolts. My experience with this, the C gets light on the front if you have much of a load on your trailer. It will be OK for moving empty trailers.
