The hub that the clutch bolts onto is split and the bolt(special) causes the hub to grip the shaft.
This is a common failure of the 154, wear will cause the shaft to fit too loose and shear the bolt. When the assembly is too worn and needs replaced, you can drill out he bolt hole to the next size and use an allen head bolt ..for one last fix
