The problem you have is almost always the flex ring. I own a small pump shop and have fixed hundreds of these pumps. It isnt an expensive fix or complicated, but would suggest you get it repaired by someone who knows what they are doing. Many people on this site make it sound like you can fix that pump on your truck tailgate. Well, sometimes you can, but sometimes things dont go that smooth. I wouldnt want my investment repaired unless it was tested on a calibration stand, and the advance - gov. function was set. You have spent hard earned money on this tractor dont skimp on this. I have seen my share of bumper repair jobs go bad. Some over speed, some the heads just lock up. Shop around, find a pump shop in your price range. I would be glad help you out if interested. 231/757/0064
