Hello to all! As the subject indicates I have a 560d that will only start by pulling. It will start after pulling @ 100' and smoke like it's running rich.Tractor won't start turning over even with 2 hot 12 volt batteries, and brand new glow plugs. The glow plug meter will peg out and wiring has been replaced correctly. I know the tractor was timed correctly at 3 degree btdc on compression stroke on #1 cylinder, however the injector pump was timed using air in #1 port on the injector pump as the scribe mark in timing window is nonexistent.I know this will indicate start of injection time and the pump should be timed at the end of injection time but I have tried to educated guess where that is.Is there some way to put air on #1 port and time the tractor at something different than 3 degrees btdc to allow for end of injection timing? I'm at a loss for a direction to go with this issue.I've received plenty of help from this site and
appreciated every bit of it.Feels like the tractor is pretty close to where it needs to be,but the two of us need a little more help.As always all help is appreciated. ARKIE
