Nice pix! Looks like you've got the digital camera thing all figured out! Nice idler installation too. One suggestion however: When using the old generator bracket same as in your photos, I experienced a couple failures (breakage) of the alternator pivot bolt where the rear end of the pivot boss meets the generator bracket. Each failure occurred after about 100 hours of running. Cause was metal fatigue in the pivot bolt due to the alternator vibrating in a vertical axis about the rear of the pivot boss. Solution was to modify bracket so the pivot bolt is supported at BOTH the front and rear of the pivot (same as when the alternator is installed on a car/truck engine). Have not had a pivot bolt break since I made the change.

Oil Bath Air Filters - by Chris Pratt. Some of us grew up thinking that an air filter was a paper thing that allowed air to pass while trapping dirt particles of a particles of a certain size. What a surprise to open up your first old tractor's air filter case and find a can that appears to be filled with the scrap metal swept from around a machine shop metal lathe. To top that off, you have a cup with oil in it ("why would you want to lubricate your carburetor?"). On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
