Whining and hot oil indicate a blockage of oil flow somewhere. Unfortunately, there's no way to be specific about where. You just have to keep looking until you find it.
Changing the oil over and over is a complete waste of money. As long as it's wet and slippery it will work. It could even be significantly contaminated, and it will still work fine. If it looks like oil when you drain it, pour it back in because there's nothing wrong with it.
