I am in the "business" of tractor pulling. Currently I pull with a low geared H, if you didnt already know that.
Anyways, I have stumbled across a 1947 M. It is just an X1, no A or E or G. The motor is stuck.
He says its been painted, and new decals. Tires and rims are in great shape, and the pictures show it. The guy is looking for $800 but I think I could get it for $500-600.
What is everyones opinion on this thing in tractor pulling?
Also, will things that bolt to the rear axle of an H, bolt to the rear axle of the M? Or is the axle tube bigger?
