I told you that is the correct starter and should have a button for the sw to push the rod to start. The reg should be on the gen and you should have a gen ending with either 355 or 423 and a cutout. If a reg is used the wiring needs to be shanged from original as the wire from the field does not go to the lite sw and you must get the correct reg for those gens as they have the third brush adjustable.
