Nebraska Kirk is correct. Go for the used Diff if it is also not rusty. Were it mine I would put black RTV on the cover as a gasket (thin rib of goo around perimeter, and circle bolt holes) I also use anti seize on the bolts when assembling to prevent water entry that way. If you use a gasket and are lucky, the new gasket will be nice and flat and not dried and puckered. If puckered, it will be a pain to get into shape to assemble. Jim
