Thanks for all the help on the timing issue. it is much a appreciated. But the tractor still wont start.
I am 100% confident the timing is spot on. The former owner told me that it was hard to start, especially when its cold, I did not replace the magneto wind in the magneto (that"s the only thing that"s not new). Would that affect how much spark it produced?
I am draining the gas and going with new. Carb is also rebuilt. I need to know the starting point on the set screws.
Is it like an M and tighten it, then back it off so many turns.
