all of sudden my 1951 cub is acting fuel starved. Will start with choke out but runs weak and will almost cut off or cuts off. It also surges little stronger then weak, to very weak. Playing with the governor rod seems to have no effect on improving the problem. 2 weeks ago put in new points, plugs,new disb cap and roto cap and it was running great. I pulled the screen filter going into carb, had a little trash here and also the carb drain and let gas drain here. I also drained all gas from main tank and replaced with new gas. What else could it be, could it be some type electrical problem.
