Posted this a while back on Tractor Talk, probably should have come here first. I have a '48 M that I want to get started on sometime after the 1st of the year. It has the Behlen power steering that is familiar to a lot of folks, and had been sitting outside for 20 years before I bought it. Former owner deceased, son handling estate did not know if it worked or not. I'd like to get the unit serviced before I put things together, as I don't want a nasty, oily surprise later. Does anyone know where these units can be sent for checkout and/or repairs? There's a commercial hydraulics repair shop a couple of miles away from me, but when I asked them about it, they just laughed. There seem to be a lot of these units around, so surely there is a source of parts and repairs somewhere. Any help at all is much appreciated. Thanks, and happy holdiays to all. Denny
