Since you still have a MCV for the TA there was some provision made to block off the holes for three tubes that lube and control the TA. Depending on how those hose were blocked off it may require a different center section housing or some creative machining. I have seen the holes welded shut and have seen them drilled, tapped, and plugs threaded in.
The orifice has a screwdriver slot on the end. You may be able to modify a screwdriver to remove it but they can be installed quite tight. I have an Allen Hex wrench modified to do the job.
