Farmall 140 won't start

My 1960 140 has been starting up just fine all winter so far until the other day. Usually I choke it, turn it over, cut the choke and it runs for 5 secs or so and stalls out. I just repeat those steps 1 or 2 times and it runs great. The other day instead of doing the normal routine I left the choke on for about 5 seconds and it stalled out not to start again. Since then I've taken the plugs out and turned over the engine to clear out any extra fuel. Also removed the carb and disassembled cleaned and re-installed. The floats were in good order and the needle and it's seat seemed clear and clean.

I'm not sure what I'm missing, most likely something simple.
