In answer to your original question,the old tires have probably stretched at bit over time.There is also probably less rubber in the new tire.The height difference for your blade will be negligable,you wont gain much hieght at best.one or 2 " max.Many years ago the tire industry changed tire sizes.I dont remember if an H is before or after the change.
