I would look up through where the belly pump was and see if the input shaft is turning when the engine is running. If not I would look to see if the flywheel is turning, if it is the the problem is in the clutch. If the input shaft is turning then your problem must be between it and the upper constant mesh gear. I don't know specifically but I think once you look up in there it will be apparent. The PTO running the hydraulics doesn't really signify either way since the PTO is also powered by the countershaft just like the belly pump. Zach
