My 1965 Farmall 140 is leaking hydraulic fluid from around the 2"(approximate size) plug that is hammered into the front of the lift box between the two large lift cylinders.
I know how to take the box off and remove the arm brackets. I recently did that when replacing the O-rings thinking that was my leak problem.
What is the best way to remove that plug?
How do you put a new one back in? I know you hammer it...any special techniques? How do you know how far to hammer it?
