The bore without any sleeves in the block already measures around 4.375. And I am sure it was bored long ago. I pulled the sleeves because they were so pitted and the bore of the block it's self looks good. Ive talked with a couple of Reputable engine builders and was told to look at the water jacket around cylinders and they look good but still have the block sonic checked and if it checks out good measure and order pistons and rings from arias. Hone the block and run pistons on the block. Cheapest way to solve the problem with a good increase in cubic inches and with that horsepower. With the amount of use this tractor gets if it last half as long as stock engine I ll be dead before it's wore out.
