Tony, I'm not sure of the size pin that should go in through the housing and lever but just take a measurement of the diameter of the hole and then choose a pin that will fit snuggly. As for the freeze plugs, I have used regular flat washers that are just slightly larger than the hole they would fit into and using a large diameter punch, tap them into the hole on each side. They should go into a concave shape after punching them in to hold the pin in place. I have never had one work out during use and it makes it easy to remove them if ever I need to realign the shifter forks again. Good luck.//FB
