Slipping on the high side may be a simple adjustment of the linkages on the side of the torque tube. Someone may have the linkage that runs from the clutch pedal to the TA too short in an attempt to make the tractor shift smoothly, and it's holding the TA clutch partially disengaged.
As long as it hasn't been run too long that way, it will be ok.
Next step would be to replace the TA clutch. This is a single split at the bell housing. Not too bad.
Really with a 350, if you have a decent shop and an engine hoist, you can pull the TA section yourself.
