Hi guys. Listen, I"m not trying to stir the pot or cause any hard feelings, or heaven forbid, make anyone mad. But....why aren"t you going to the local hardware store for your 3/4" washer? Or a small engine shop for your Briggs Stratton head gasket? Or, even taking a moment to look the part number up on the John Deere H castle nut before driving all the way to the dealership, and expecting some young man who is just trying to make a living working behind the counter, try to look up a small part for a 70 year old tractor! I know all you guys have a computer, and most all this stuff is available to purchase on-line. Just my 2 cents, as I"m a parts counter man at our local John Deere dealer.
