Ok this is a update from my other post. Adjusted the bands with plenty of threads sticking up. Hooked up chopper and cut some grass we'll still didn't change. I got looking and noticed when you hold the Pto lever back all the way it work perfect but when you let it just sit in the slot it stays in it slows down and almost comes to a stop. What needs to be adjusted? Thanks hope I explained it well enough.
