FIrst take the plug out of the carb bowl and see if you get a steady stream (catch it to see if dirt or water is in the carb) let it flow for at least one minute. If it slows or stops, the supply side is partially plugged. if it runs out nice, the main jet is probably dirty. Clean and blow out ( and chase with fine wire) the passages. Jim
