Hi Lee: I did what you said. It was that simple, just check out one thing at a time. I started with the governor because I already had the carburetor apart and fixed that, so it was close. I found that the bottom adjustment to the governor was screwed in to far, and by backing it off made all the difference. Thanks! and Merry Christmas. Bob
