I have a 234 also. Mine is in good shape overall. I can only start mine with the glow plugs first, even in the heat of summer. I can't mine to shut off with the switch. Been trying to determine where the solenoid is at and is it a solenoid problem or a switch problem.Tractor seems to have a lot of power for a small tractor.It is a tough tractor to get on and off of after you hit 60.
