morning turn the rotor no movement removed the distributor after marking the location of the rotor took it apart and it was stuck because of all the rust springs are fine will clean everything should i put a lite coat of oil or grease on the weights before i put it back together this tractor sat outside for the last 4 yrs. after the father died Thanks Bill
