International H.C. stakebed truck idles great but dies under any load like pulling out of barn or on a slight incline. Fuel tank has been completely removed and refurbished. Fuel line and filter too.Tank had rust, now fixed. Fuel pump seems like new to appearance but looks like an old but different replacement.Seems to pump fuel o.k.,though. Local mechanic replaced the needle and seat in the carb. Any suggestions what to try next would be greatly appreciated.
