Hi, re throttle lever, there should be a nut under the dash to tighten against a friction disk. See: http://partstore.caseih.com/us/parts- search.html#epc::mr52549ar961430
Re camber, see parts at: http://partstore.caseih.com/us/parts- search.html#epc::mr52549ar962690
First check front hub to axle bearing wear by jacking front axle until wheel is clear of ground, grab top and bottom of tire and try wiggling in back and forth and see how much play is in the axle bearings. Next lower the jack and watch the clearance between top of tire and spindle. If the gap closes too much the spindle bushings are worn. Operators forget that doing regular grease maintenance goes a long way to preventing wear. The front axle bearings and races are susceptible to water getting in around the inner hub seal.
