Here's a remote possibility: Is the clutch pedal freeplay adjusted properly? If there is zero freeplay in the pedal the clutch may not be fully engaged.
This is a bad situation as it will ruin your clutch and throwout bearing very quickly. Really, some damage has already been done, and the writing is on the wall. How much and how soon... Impossible to tell. All you can do is adjust it back to proper freeplay and use it until it gives out completely.
