While brush hogging with 1984 IH584 tractor seemed to lose power when going up an incline. After 15 to 20 feet, it would regain power and take off. It never lost RPMs on engine or didn't seem to bog down. Mower continued to mow fine. Can this be a hydraulic filter problem or clogged screen? Could it be a transmission or clutch problem? The Hytrans fluid was low, we topped it off and the problem continued. Plan to drain Hydraulic fluid and change filter but don't want to do this if anyone thinks it is something else.
