yep, pull head, examine gasket for sealing. pull sleeve examine bore for cracks, as that is the most likely problem. sleeve will need a puller to get it out if you want to save it. otherwise can run a couple welds from top to bottom and it will pull out with your fist. sleeve fitting has nothing to do with the leakage. I have used green locktight on those stress cracks in the block and put them together and no problem. the sleeve takes a good push by hand when reassembling it.
