More information on H Oil Leak

Maybe I didn't make it clear on the last post exactly where the oil is coming from.
The leak is coming out of the center of the front plate where the throttle shaft goes into the governor connecting rod housing. It is on the other side of the slant plate that has the ventilating tube in it. I noticed the rpm would increase as I was wiping the oil off. So I played with it a little bit kind of tighting the rag up around that area. This is when I noticed the rpm change.
