bought a saginaw!

Yep, I got my new Saginaw 3pt today! What a chunk of iron! Now my question for you fellas, I have a Smta and would like to have down pressure as well. I looked at the manual and I only have the one control rod on the lift-all and see no evidence of the remote control lever (which the manual says should be there). So I must be reduced to buying another valve to operate this the way I would like? If I am right, and I am thinking that the origanal rod would be held open, then I would have to plumb a return line to the reseviour /
