That's a pretty high price for one that's rusted up. I payed $250 for a VERY nice 3x14 with slat bottoms that nice and shiny. I also paid $175 for a really nice 3x14 with hydraulic lift. Both these has tires that held air, but were pretty much shot.
I will also add, I just bought a 2x16 with junk tires, missing one coulter and points/shares that have been welded up and look terrible. Its going to be a lawn ornament for us. Paid $50
