Looking at a little genuis plow that i would like to have. Been a yard ornament for 40 years but looks complete with coulters. Wheels are rusty where they sat on the ground, points don't look worn but are very rusty also. He was asking 375, i offered 150 which is more than i would like to pay but it is complete. He countered $275 because he thinks that is what it would bring at a consignment sale. I may go back with 200 but doubt he will take it. Who is closer to what it is worth.
I may be a little biased and stuck in the past because i've owned 3-4 of them i paid 40-50 for 10 years ago out of fence rows and junk piles.
