It is on steel wheels. They are pretty rusty but completely usable. I think the wear parts are in ok shape wear wise--just really rusty/pitted and will take some elbow grease and time to get shined up. I think i am going to ask him to let me know what sale it is going to--then go buy it for less than i offered him!
