A rope trip, 2 bottom Little Genius is a great plow, but I think the seller is too high, and you would be better off leaving it sit where it is.
If the wheels (or rims if on rubber) are seriously rusted from settling in the ground then you will need to find/buy them also. Rusted moldboards can be shined up, if moldboards have any breaks/cracks then you have more costly problems.
