I want to get the hand crank apparatus off my M. Got the ratchet freed up so it turns freely. Looks like there is a pin that can be driven out to separate the ratchet from the hand crank rod. There is a collar around the ratchet that partially covers the pin. I can't get that collar to budge. Is it just rusted tight or is there something I am missing to complete this job. Thanks
