Diana,
Would the farmer next to you bail the land for shairs. We didn't rent our land to anyone but a farmer wanted the hay off it. With his time and equipment he bailed the hay. He took 2 bails and gave us 1. So for every three he made we got one and he got two. Then we could use the bails he made for us or sell them. Fortunately we sold the bails back to him. We both benefited from each other.
