Because it was obvious that after the first two minutes the vikings had no chance of losing yet another superbowl, I went out to change the thermostat on my 1940 M. It always runs good but the temp. gauge never moves. So when I get the stat housing off theres nothing in it. Why would someone have removed it and not replaced it? By the way, I love this tractor. It almost always starts after the 2nd crank. It has a 12 volt system on it but it's fun to crank when it starts that easy. It has a straight pipe on it and sounds really cool because it loops like it has a high performance cam in it.
