I've seen a lot of 686 pulling around my area. Don't know how many RPM the turn, but I know it's more than 2400. They have them 686 screeming with a 6 inch flame shooting out of their stariat stacks. It's quite a sight to see. They run in the same weight classes as the 560's. Although, the 560's seem to do as well as the 686, but most of them are gas models.
