4440-1086 which to buy cost?

Looking today at both 4440 JD. &1086 the John Deeres cab inside rough- hydralic leaks- fuel pump leaks three point leaking on 4430 too. Looked over in the corner of his lot sat an 1086 clean motor clean cab everything inside worked but the heater switch would not turn ran it foward in low thrid gear felt OK. Back up went much faster has 6842 hours want $ 11,000 & 13,000 with loader don't know what to do ? Cab square main ? is repair cost later down road?
