48 cub

just got a 48 cub she was sitting for 2 years i put fresh gas and new battery and she started right up. she only runs with choke full open though, cleaned bowl, still shuts right off when choke is pushed,any ideas? what type of oil do i use in the transmission? after draining what is the best way to clean trans case? how much fluid does it take?
