I am the son of the US ARMY sargent in charge of taking the Holt tractors from Peoria, IL to Wash, DC. I have a number of photos taken on an old bellows type Kodak - prints are maybe 2" X 3". I believe this convoy was undertaken in 1915 or 1916 to get Congressional Approiations for the Army tank Corps. The photos show the tank & shop wagons the Holts towed along. I have promised the photos to the Patton museum but would be willing to have them copied - either as a regular Print or digitially on a disc.
