Because you have no way of knowing whether the O-rings are the correct ones for the stand pipe or even if they have been used, I recommend that you get 2 new O-rings for the stand pipe and 2 new teflon back-up washers also. Install these on the stand pipe as David instructed. You will need to use your own judgment as to the use of any of the rest of the O-rings that may or may not be needed for the valve that you have.
