What does 450 ft lbs of torque feel like?????

I am in the process of doing the rear seals on my N. I put one side together took the tractor for a spin and the hub is slightly loose again. I dont have a torque wrench that heavy. First time I tightened the nut using a 18" pull bar and my 215 lb butt bouncing on it. I dont want to over tighten (if that is even possible) but want to be sure it is tight enough.

Just how much is 450 ft lbs? Thought about using my jack to push up on the bar. Give me some ideas.
