To replace the pulley you have to remove the front axle support. Here's a couple of pics of my 9N stripped down most of the way. It has a pump hub and mounting plate I'm making for a Dearborn loader temporarily installed.
The plate's actually for an 8N so it doesn't quite fit right on the 9N but it suffices to check the fit on the new kingpin. To replace the pulley you have to remove the axle housing, the crankshaft pulley bolt, and then the pulley "just pulls out" of the timing cover ;-)
