Opinions wanted on AccuStrike Welding Helmets

Has anyone used the chin operated welding helmets made by accustrike? It looks like a really good idea. I have to buy a welding helmet and this looks like quite an improvement over a regular manual helmet that you have to flip down. This looks very appealing because of the ease with which you can quickly view your work between welds. Price is $89. The chin helmet seems nice also because it can be used for grinding- an autodarkening will darken from the sparks. They also have an autodarkening helmet for $149. This seems to quite an improvement over the prices I see at my local welding shop for autodarkening helmet Has anybody used their stuff??
