Brad, I'm bettin that he has the idle set on the pump which should not be since you shut a 930 off by shutting the throttle off to stop the fuel delivery. I would call him and get permission to reset the idle screw on the rear of the governor housing. It is the smaller of the two sets of nuts on the cover, the top one, the small one takes a small metric size like 10 (a guess) and that will take the cover nut off, the locknut can then be loosened and the screw backed out till the thing will shut down. I would not take the pump back off until I tried this remedy. Let us know how you make out. mEl
