Plain old penecellin is often helpfull with scours but the Liquamycin may do just as well. Keep feeding it... The bag and stomach tube is about the best if it won't drink.
We found years ago that the best stuff for scours was gentocin and after that was banned we used tribrissen which was pretty good... but I don't think there's really a lot on the market today that is targeted at scours that really does much good. Those other products were banned because of residues they were leaving behind but they really worked to save a sick calf.
